Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the Crash 96 platform, including its website, mobile application, and all services provided through our platform. These Terms take effect from the date you first register an account or use any Crash 96 service.

Crash 96 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be displayed on this page with the most recent update date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the currently applicable terms.

Your continued use of the Crash 96 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should cease using the platform and close your account.

Account Opening Eligibility

To register and use the Crash 96 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Crash 96 takes the protection of minors from gambling activities seriously.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Crash 96. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

Crash 96 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents such as a national ID, passport, or other relevant documentation. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Registration & Account Management

When registering a Crash 96 account, you are required to provide your full name, email address, phone number, and any other required information. These details will be used to verify your identity and process financial transactions.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. Crash 96 will not be liable for any losses arising from your password being shared or compromised.

• Strong password: Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password.
• Log out after playing: Always log out of your Crash 96 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Crash 96 support immediately at support@crash96.com.

Crash 96 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. You are encouraged to enable this feature in your account settings to better protect your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Crash 96 offers a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Crash 96 does not accept any foreign currency for transactions on the platform.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Crash 96 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security and prevent fraud.

Betting & Game Rules

All bets and games on the Crash 96 platform are subject to rules specific to each game category. These rules apply to all available game types, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports), Live Casino, slots, baccarat, and other games.

• Final bets: Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in technical situations recognised by Crash 96.
• Official results: The outcome of all sports bets will be determined based on official results issued by the relevant sporting body. Crash 96 reserves the right to rely on the source it deems most accurate and reliable.
• Technical disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Crash 96 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the user's account.
• Betting limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are subject to change and will be displayed within the game interface.
• Multiple bets: Betting across multiple markets is permitted, subject to the maximum win limits set by Crash 96.

Fraud, Collusion & Platform Abuse

Crash 96 takes a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of fraud, collusion, use of unauthorised software, or any activity intended to deceive the platform or other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:

• Use of bots or automated software: Using any bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play or place bets on Crash 96 is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players: Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Crash 96 system is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: The Crash 96 platform must not be used for any money laundering activities. Crash 96 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in the investigation of any suspicious activity.
• False information: Providing false identity information during registration or verification is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
• Unjustified chargeback: Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without valid grounds after using those funds for gameplay constitutes fraud.

Crash 96 employs a sophisticated 24/7 monitoring system to detect and prevent suspicious activity. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity will be closed immediately, and all funds in that account may be forfeited at Crash 96's discretion.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your Crash 96 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@crash96.com. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be refunded via the payment method used for your last deposit.

Crash 96 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed fraud, collusion, or platform abuse
• Failure to verify identity within the specified timeframe
• Actions that compromise the security of the system or other players
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Crash 96 provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, Crash 96 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses at all times.

Crash 96 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity on the platform
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party server problems, or natural disasters
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Business decisions made based on information obtained from the Crash 96 platform
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses under any circumstances

Crash 96's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Responsible Gaming

• Using the Crash 96 name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose
• Reverse engineering any software or technology used by Crash 96
• Creating derivative works based on Crash 96 content without authorisation

Any infringement of Crash 96's intellectual property rights may result in civil and/or criminal legal action under the relevant laws of Malaysia.

Amendments & Governing Law

Crash 96 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a notice posted on the platform at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except in cases requiring immediate action.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of the Crash 96 platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
